Revati is the second generation leader of WOM, a multi-national oilfield equipment design and manufacturing company. At a group turnover of $350M, 3000 employees, and 6 locations worldwide, Revati oversees and directs global financial controllership, strategy, structure, investments and WOM enterprise growth on a global platform.
Revati directs and leads study abroad programs to Pune, India under the Puranik Foundation umbrella. These programs focus on experiential and collaborative learning with Vision International – a residential school in India for underprivileged children that learn and live in a holistic environment 'off the grid' utilizing solar, biogas and water recycling systems.
Revati Puranik has an MBA in Finance from Rice University, is a certified Master Coach in leadership development, a motivational public speaker, an Indian classical vocalist, modern dance director, artist, diver, and a certified yoga instructor. Revati leverages her knowledge of academia, family business dynamics, cultural diversity and environmental awareness in her business and society.
Her underlying theme is ‘there’s always a way’ and encourages all to live their best self in mindful harmony.
She is also the mother of 2 daughters and 2 dogs.
